PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON OUR WEBSITE ARE NOT RETURNABLE:
We ship our products with maximum care. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect and verify the accuracy of orders upon receipt. There is no return or exchange for items shipped unless there is an error in shipment. In such cases, only unused/unopened items are returnable for replacement. Read the following instructions before sending any returns.
YOUR ORDER WAS SHIPPED INCORRECT OR ARRIVES DAMAGED:
If an item you ordered from indousplaza.com arrives damaged, incomplete, or not what you ordered, please call us at (718) 899-5590 or email [email protected] with your order number within 2 days of receipt of item. If you have received a damaged item, please do not discard any packing material or box. Keep product "AS IT IS" for inspection and claim by the delivery carrier. Once you obtain an authorization to return, please ship it to:

In such cases, items will be replaced exactly. Shipping & handling charges for returned items are not refundable and in some cases a reshipping change will be billed to the payment method used for original order. Ask our sales associate for more details.
HOW AND WHEN REFUNDS & EXCHANGES ARE PROCESSED
In case of exchange, a replacement of the same item will be sent to the shipping address on the order. Your order replacement will be shipped via standard USPS/UPS ground service unless another method is selected on the original order. Additional shipping & handling charges may apply.
In case of refund, if your purchase qualifies for the full or partial refund due to non-availability of product or some other reasons, we'll notify you via email. Once we receive the returned shipment, a refund will be credited to the original payment method used. It takes up to 7 business days to post the credit. The cost of shipping is deducted from your refund unless the return is the result of our error.
